Our Legal Services

Our Corporate & Commercial Focus Group offers our clients legal advice during the complete procedure of founding a company, representation office or branch office, such as drafting the necessary documents for the foundation, assistance with their signing and submission of the request for the registration of the company at the Court of Registry. Following the registration of the company we provide day-to-day legal advice to our clients in corporate and all connected issues. Upon request from our clients, we handle the procedures for the registration of changes of the company and initiate voluntary winding up procedures also.

In frame of the day-to-day legal counseling, we provide legal assistance on the implementation of general terms and conditions under foreign law, prepare commercial, lease and services agreements and supply contracts for our clients.
