• Irish property developer: Purchase of several real estates in central locations of Budapest and their development into “luxury” standard apartment buildings.
• German based real estate developer: General legal advice regarding a high profile office building in the centre of Budapest including lease agreement and advice to the group-owned construction company.
• Central European based real estate fund: Transaction to acquire real estates and to utilize them for implementing logistics warehousing and any related activities in Hungary. We are representing our client in the course of negotiations with the sellers and the local council, the working out of the contractual structure, drafting the contracts (sale and purchase, security agreements, lease agreements, etc.), rezoning of the real estates obtaining the necessary permits, etc.
