In addition, we have experience in Environmental Law in the field of oil drilling and processing as well as in legal counselling on the establishment of oil and gas supply systems. The members of the Energy Team have several years of experience in Hungarian and international practices in legal counselling as well as in client support regarding national and international legal disputes and arbitrational proceedings.

We have played a leading role as legal counsels in developing the current franchising network of gas stations of a major oil company in Hungary. We have assisted clients in the acquisitions of real estates for establishing a network of petrol stations and in setting up the operational system.

Our Energy Team is also expert in advising on the legal structure and operational system of the wholesale and retail trade of oil and gas by developing complex contract structures for the establishment of a chip card system and on enforcement of claims.
