Providing legal services for Italian companies and Italian citizens

One estimate suggests that there are at least 3,500 Italians currently living in Hungary, with a growing number of Italian business associations and citizens planning to set up business and / or buy property in our country. Therefore, to serve our existing and new Clients even more effectively (e.g. serving Clients in their native language, utilizing the experience gained at Italian universities, etc.) we established our Italian Desk in the Budapest office in December 2008.

To date, we have been developing a strong relationship with the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Hungary and the Embassy of Italy in Hungary and occasionally participate at their business events.

Within the frame of our cooperation with the above-mentioned organizations there were presentations made at the Italian Chamber of Commerce on legal and financial related topics in Italian and our Law Firm is listed in the Embassy’s register amongst the few Hungarian law firms capable to provide legal assistance in Italian as well.

In addition, we have also published several Italian language articles about “Buying property in Hungary”, “Starting a business in Hungary”, “Operation of the Hungarian limited liability companies”, etc. in a website which has been developed as a resource for the Italian community in Hungary.
