• Exploration - We advised our client in setting up and transferring its business, i.e. the manufacturing, sales and services of down hole and surface oil, -and gas field specialty equipment, from Germany to Hungary. In addition, legal advise regarding concession agreements, drilling and gas exploration.
• US Lead International Consortium - we advised the building of a new gas pipeline through Hungary and all related questions.
• Worldwide internal service provider with Business Support Centre based in Hungary - We advised client in establishing its new Hungarian service centre; Real Estate; Employment and advised on general energy law related questions regarding distribution, drilling and exploration in Hungary;
• We have been involved in every transaction of the a large multinational oil- and gas production company in Hungary and the CEE region for more than five years until its exit from the Hungarian market including the sales of its network. In addition to that, we were involved in a large cross-border project where we conducted due diligence work and prepared reports across Europe in 8 countries.
